  • AMLAK FINANCE

    Amlak Finance PJSC, established in 2000 as a home finance company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is currently the largest real estate financier in the Middle East by total assets. Renno CG commenced work on this multinational financial institution in 2007 and handled its public relations program across the Middle East, which included its strategic expansion in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Qatar. Being a publicly listed company in the UAE, Renno CG played a key role advising Amlak's top management on the best course of communications planning, as well as provided a comprehensive media advice during its on-going merger negotiations with Tamweel.


  • XEROX EMIRATES

    Established in 1985, Xerox Emirates is a joint venture between the Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba Group and Xerox Limited and markets its range of innovative document management products, applications and solutions throughout the UAE. Renno Communications Group provided a comprehensive communications package, which included consultations on Xerox's public relations and marketing campaigns in the UAE. Over the last two years, Xerox has launched numerous innovative machines and environmental awareness programs, which have been supported by successful campaigns by Renno CG. In a saturated IT media environment, Renno CG was successful in creating a niche for Xerox by highlighting its technological innovations and positioning Xerox as the leading document management company.


  • Concord

    Concord was founded in Biel, Switzerland in 1908. Movado Group Inc. acquired the traditional Swiss luxury brand in the early 1970's, and relaunched Concord as a dynamic, highly original niche brand in 2007. Renno CG was able to identify the key marketing challenges faced by Concord in the Middle East and recommended several non-conservative communications tactics directly engaging its key audience thereby helping Concord achieve its target in the most minimal budget.


  • DUBAI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - PRINT AND PUBLISHING GROUP (PPG)

    Printing & Publishing Group was established under the auspices of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry DCCI as part of its effort to streamline growth of different business sectors by bringing together individual business establishments to function as a group to oversee challenges & opportunities faced by that sector. Renno CG handled the communications campaign for the 2009 Print & Publishing Award and organized press conferences in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon to announce the awards.



  • Intel

    Intel, the world's largest chipmaker, is also a leading manufacturer of computer networking and communications products. Renno & Associates managed major projects for Intel in Lebanon. As the public relations agency in charge of organizing and managing the visit of Dr. Craig Barrett, CEO Intel, and his team to Lebanon, Renno & Associates succeeded in achieving the objectives outlined by Intel management in terms of ensuring that all logistical and technical details met the client's expectations and guaranteed the success of the visit.

    Renno & Associates also organized an intensive press relations campaign by communicating to the press the important messages relayed by Dr. Barrett, starting with the inauguration of the Finance Competency Center at the American University of Beirut, and ending with the major announcement of "Intel Teach to the Future", made with Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, at the end of his visit to Lebanon.


  • CLARINS MIDDLE EAST

    Clarins was created in 1954 through an initiative by Jacques Courtin to make skin care products offered in the Beauty Institute available for home use. Widely acclaimed for its seriousness and effectiveness, the brand rapidly became a major name in the market for premium skin care products. Renno CG worked on a comprehensive media campaign to announce the tie-up of renowned makeup artist Bassam Fattouh with Clarins Middle East, in addition to raise the profile of the Clarins brand and its spokesperson in the region.


  • LANDMARK PROPERTIES

    Landmark Properties is jointly owned by a unique and dynamic group of experienced entrepreneurs who strive to present a standard of real estate services yet to be offered in Dubai through unsurpassed customer service and state of the art technology. During the economic boom in the UAE where all the media covered monotonous news on new property launches, Renno CG carved out a niche for Landmark Properties by engaging non-conventional PR tools such as market intelligence reports, regular editorial columns debating on the future of property market in the UAE and strategic interviews.


  • AQUALYNG

    Established in 1998, Aqualyng is the global desalination company specialized in designing, manufacturing, installing and financing energy efficient desalination plants for production of fresh water. As part of its agreement with Aqualyng, Renno CG ran successful parallel PR programs in the Middle East as well as China.


  • COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL

    Colliers International is the global leader in property consultancy and Renno CG provided the media consultancy for the launch of its House Price Index (HPI) for the residential property sector in Dubai.




  • TOSHIBA

    Toshiba Corporation is a leader in information and communications systems, electronic components, consumer products and power systems and operates a global network of more than 740 companies, with 198,000 employee worldwide and annual sales surpassing US$76 billion. Renno CG executed the launch of Toshiba's 16 GB USB Flash drive and 32 GB SD card at Gitex Dubai 2008, the renowned IT and electronic exhibition in the Middle East



  • VISA

    Visa operates the world's largest retail electronic payments network providing processing services and payment product platforms. This includes consumer credit, debit, prepaid and commercial payments, which are offered under the Visa, Visa Electron, Interlink and PLUS brands. Visa enjoys unsurpassed acceptance around the world and Visa/PLUS is one of the world's largest global ATM networks, offering cash access in local currency in more than 170 countries. The Agency worked extensively with Visa's Levant management on various communications projects and assignments that aimed at raising the profile of the client in the Lebanese market, as well as support in highlighting the multitude of marketing initiatives implemented in the local market.


  • Hoffmann-La Roche

    Hoffmann-La Roche (Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign)
    Renno & Associates was contracted in 2003 to manage the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, organized by Hoffmann-La Roche, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization. Agency succeeded in raising awareness around the first cancer disease among women in Lebanon, through regular dissemination of press information and organization of public conferences that emphasized the importance of early detection and regular examination. The success of the campaign also centered on emphasizing the message of the campaign: Early Detection Saves Lives, and by calling on all women in Lebanon to join the culture of regular self examination and mammography testing.

    RoC has been a leading French skincare specialist for over forty years and was first to develop hypoallergenic products in France.




  • Business Software Alliance (BSA)

    The Business Software Alliance (BSA) is the voice of the world's leading software developers before governments and with consumers in the international marketplace. Its members represent the fastest growing industry in the world. BSA educates computer users on software copyrights; advocates public policy that fosters innovation and expands trade opportunities; fights software piracy. BSA worldwide members include Adobe, Apple Computer, Autodesk, Corel Corporation, Macromedia, Microsoft, Network Associates and Symantec.


  • IDAL(Investment Development Authority of Lebanon)

The Investment Development Authority of Lebanon was established in 1994 by a decree from the Lebanese Council of Ministers to spearhead Lebanon's investment promotion efforts.

On August 16, 2001, IDAL's role was reinforced by the enactment of the Investment Development Law 360, regulating investment promotion of domestic and foreign entities and striving to stimulate Lebanon's economic and social development as well as enhance its competitiveness.

During the tenure of its Chairman and General Manager Mr. Samih Barbir, Renno & Associates was contracted to manage the organizations' reputation and communications program. The Agency worked extensively on a comprehensive program that aimed at positioning IDAL as the country's foremost investment promotion arm and to highlight its wide range of services. Among the major projects supported by the Agency was a country-wide awareness campaign that was implemented in conjunction with the Chambers of Commerce in each Governorate.


  • AWB (Australian Wheat Board) - IRAQ

    The Australian Wheat Board (AWB) aims to be Australia's leading agribusiness with strong positions in grain trading, rural and financial services. Renno & Associates managed a focused and customized media relations and crisis communications program in Iraq for the Client.



  • Mobile Telecommunications Co.

    MTC Group contracted Renno & Associates with the task of analyzing and auditing the media coverage it receives, along with its eight subsidiaries across the Middle East region. The Agency was later assigned with the task of evaluating the core competencies of the corporate communications department's staff, along with setting up the processes/procedures as well as the guidelines of the department, in order to unify the work flow of the Group and ensure alignment of deliverables and key messages.
