  • 1999: Renno & Associates was established in Beirut - Lebanon as a result of understanding the importance and impact of public relations in today's corporate world. The Agency's inception in Lebanon at the turn of the third millennium was aimed at providing local and multinational organizations in the Middle East with outstanding and full service reputation management
  • 2004: E- monitoring service - www.PRESSAVENUE.com - was launched
  • 2006: The management's strategy to expand to the region led to the launch of its operations in Dubai-UAE, and the rebranding of the Agency to Renno Communications Group
  • 2007: Renno Communications Group successfully built a strong network of offices in Dubai (UAE), Beirut (Lebanon), Damascus (Syria) and Cairo (Egypt) with regional reach through dedicated project coordinators in Amman (Jordan), Jeddah (KSA), Doha (Qatar), Kuwait City (Kuwait), Baghdad (Iraq) and Manama (Bahrain)
  • 2009: Launch of Service Quality Consulting Practice, including the Agency's Underground Shopping service
  • 2009: Renno Communications Group positioned as one of the foremost authorities in the market research sector, following the Agency's positioning of this service as a standalone division, named ECHO Trends by Renno Communications Group, and the subsequent implementation of numerous sector-focused and general stakeholders' reports that received considerable market interest.
